When I first met Meghan and Josh, I immediately fell in love with their story and their journey to becoming husband and wife. True romantics, they wanted to bring their families together to celebrate their love under the stars of their families private residence. When asked, “Can you take a private residence and flip it to host a wedding venue?” I instantly replied, “Say no more! I’m on it.”

Realizing her family was from Canada and the groom originally grew up in Hawaii, it was extremely important that we created an intimate and romantic feel for their loved ones to truly experience their love story on their wedding day. With only 4 months to play, we got right to work.

Transforming a private residence to a private wedding venue is no small task. After creating their design board and scheduling meetings with florists and rental companies to help bring their vision to life, we worked tirelessly to create a gorgeous ceremony install and a fairytale garden reception. With the help of Flover Studio, Giuseppe Catering, and Bright Event Rentals, we were able to come up with a gorgeous design and seamless production schedule to bring their dream wedding day to life.

From the Lush Garden Florals, the dramatic black and white checkered dance floor, gorgeous candlelit dinner, to the savory dinner and exceptional bar service, this wedding was truly a cinderella story come to life.

Not only was their vendor team truly an amazing group of talented professionals, but nothing beats the beauty of a La Jolla Golden Hour Dinner Reception, surrounded by your closest loved ones and friends. Designing and Planning this wedding was truly a spectacular blessing from start to finish and watching it all come to life was a beautiful moment we will remember for many years to come.
