What happens when a beautiful Chicago girl meets a quiet man from Seattle right before covid? They fall madly in love with one another, do long distance for a few months, and realize the time is right to make the move across the country to call Chicago their home.

Two years later, Jeff and Lisa are planning their gorgeous South Asian and Western Wedding in the Suburbs of Chicago. The couple focused on complimenting both traditional Indian heritage with modern western values for their wedding. This three day wedding celebration was nothing short of incredible. The love that surrounded this couple, coming from family and friends who traveled from all over the US, was remarkable and truly exemplified the wonderful heart of this couple.

Their event began with their Mehndi Welcome Dinner for their guests at Hotel Arista, where friends and family gathered around, shared stories, fellowshipped, and got their complimentary bridal Mehndi.

The following day was spent at the temple preparing for an intimate Indian Ceremony. As the bride was awaiting her special moment down the aisle, the groom was greeted by guests as he climbed upon his beautifully adorned horse to start his baraat. After his guests danced and celebrated along the baraat path, Lisa came out to meet him as both families came together to honor one another and begin the formal procession into the temple for their ceremony.

The last day of events was their western wedding. The sun provided a beautiful warmth and glow across the pond at The Morton Arboretum where the spectacular forestry, beautiful florals, and gorgeous weather provided the perfect garden ceremony space. After their ceremony, guests were invited into a glass room overlooking the ponds and gardens to enjoy dinner, dancing, a Dohl player, photobooth, and FUN. It was a wonderful ending to a perfect weekend of events.
