I had the pleasure of meeting Lindsay and Dave at another wonderful wedding we planned in Chicago. Shortly after, we were sitting on zoom designing their dream wedding and putting together timelines.

Lindsay and Dave originally met in Chicago, but when their jobs moved them to New York, they packed their bags and headed out for adventure. After their engagement, when it was time to start planning their wedding, they knew exactly where they wanted to be, Back in the Windy City.

For them, this wedding was not only to celebrate their journey becoming husband and wife, but it was a way for them to tell their love story. From the matches at each table from their favorite local restaurants they would have dates nights at together, to the Bridal Party Photos at Queen Mary’s Bar where they had their first date, Lindsay and Dave spared no expense at keeping their love story alive in the details, designs, and special moments all throughout their wedding day. 

Getting ready at the Palmer House Hotel, the oldest and most exquisite hotel in Downtown Chicago, to arriving at their Vintage Modern Wedding Venue, Ravenswood Event Center, every detail of their day was fun, hip, whimsical, storytelling, and beautiful. Watching them dance the night away with their closest family and friends, many of whom traveled quite the distance to celebrate with them, was truly a favorite memory of ours of their special day.
